Shipping & Delivery
At Elva Labs, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Estimated delivery times:
- Next Day Delivery Weekday – Available for orders placed before 3 PM from Monday-Thursday only.
- Next Day Delivery Weekend –Available for orders placed before 1 PM on Friday.

Standard Shipping – Delivered within 2-4 business days and free on orders over £100.
- International - Available for all orders 5-7 Days
Please note:
Our Next Day Delivery (Weekday) service applies to orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed after 1 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be dispatched the next business day and delivered the following business day. Orders placed before on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, in line with our standard shipping schedule.
Our Next Day Delivery (Weekend) service applies to orders placed before 1 PM on Friday, which will be delivered on Saturday.
Our fulfillment center does not operate on weekends.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent directly to your email. Use this link to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your door.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe based on your chosen shipping option and the carrier’s tracking updates, please contact our support team at help@elvalabs.co, and we will investigate with our delivery partners.
